How much will my order cost?
Every project is custom, and price depends on the paper or material, quantity and finishing. Send the details through the quote form or call 210-375-5300 and you get a price for your exact job.
How does the proofing process work?
When you order with the shop by phone, email or in person, a graphic proof is emailed to you for approval after the order is confirmed. Nothing goes to press until you approve it.
Do you require a deposit?
In most cases a 50% deposit is required on orders. Orders placed through the online web store are paid in full before production starts.
What bindery and finishing options are available?
Laminating, book binding (spiral, GBC/comb, saddle stitch, perfect bound and tape bound), hole drilling, stapling, folding, scoring, perforating, foil stamping, embossing, numbering, die cutting and more.
What happens after I place an order?
You receive a confirmation email that the order was received, and usually a graphic proof to approve. You can contact the shop at any time with questions, changes or status updates.
