Quotes

Every project is custom. A quote covers the quantity, materials, size and finishing described in your request. Changes to any of those can change the price.

Proofs

For orders placed with the shop by phone, email or in person, a graphic proof is emailed after the order is confirmed. Production starts only after you approve it, so please check spelling, numbers and colors carefully. Orders placed through the online designer show an on-screen proof before you submit.

Deposits and payment

In most cases a 50% deposit is required before production. Orders placed through the online web store are paid in full before production begins.

Your artwork

By sending artwork you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. Files sent for a job are used only for that job.
